- Resurrecting this site as a dependable writing system rather than a folder of finished and half-finished drafts.
- Reviewing the 13-part Kafka Engineering course and its protocol, migration, and platform tracks as the first scheduled release.
Improving
- Applying the Practical Systems Essay voice: concrete mental models, production constraints, sourced claims, and explicit failure modes.
- Making the archive easier to discover through series, explorations, search, RSS, and a complete sitemap.
Keeping deliberately small
- No on-site comments. Feedback stays on email and social channels.
- No automatic publication without a human pass, even when a target date has arrived.
