Publishing

• Treating the completed Kafka Engineering course and Redpanda study as stable entry points into the systems archive.
• Continuing source-guided writing on production systems, open-source internals, and model infrastructure.

Improving

• Applying the Practical Systems Essay voice: concrete mental models, production constraints, sourced claims, and explicit failure modes.
• Making strong existing work easier to discover without changing the chronological archive or narrowing the subjects I write about.

Keeping deliberately small

• No on-site comments. Feedback stays on email and social channels.
• No automatic publication without a human pass, even when a target date has arrived.
